Regulate & Relate Package – For Developmental Trauma & Emotional Regulation Needs

💬 “Therapy that supports the whole child—and their relationships.”

At CST, we believe all children deserve access to high-quality occupational therapy – regardless of their background. Whether a child has been adopted or not, if they are struggling with sensory processing, regulation or everyday functional skills, we want families to feel confident reaching out for support.

We are HCPC-registered Occupational Therapists, which means we’re trained and regulated to assess and treat sensory and functional needs as part of our healthcare role. This includes working with children who may have experienced early adversity, trauma, or big life changes – including adoption – where these experiences are impacting everyday life.

  • We do not provide adoption-specific therapy or counselling.
  • We work with children based on need, not status.
  • Our role focuses on helping children engage in daily life and feel safe and regulated in their bodies.

By staying within our professional scope and focusing on sensory and functional development, we are able to legally offer support without the need to register with Ofsted – while still being inclusive and responsive to the children and families we work with.

We welcome all families who feel their child might benefit from sensory or functional support – and we’re always happy to talk things through if you’re unsure whether OT is right for your child.

What’s included:
✔ Parent consultation (via MS Teams) – 1 hour
✔ Sensory assessment – 2 hours
✔ Parent goal setting – 1 hour
✔ 8 therapy sessions
✔ 7 video interactive parent guidance sessions (via MS Teams)
✔ 7 hours of therapist video analysis
✔ Final feedback meeting – 1 hour
✔ Therapist planning and strategy time – 2 hours
✔ Written Summary Report – 4 hours

Designed to support deep emotional and sensory healing through specialist therapy and parent partnership.
